Enoki Mushrooms and Natto with Umeboshi

Just boil the mushrooms and mix the rest of the ingredients together Enjoy as a rice topping, on chilled tofu, or as-is.

Ingredients: uses 1 pack's worth of natto

Natto (fermented soy beans)
1 pack
Enoki mushrooms
as needed
Umeboshi (medium sized)
Sauce that comes with the natto
Green onions or scallions
to taste


1. Slice the mushrooms into 1.5 cm lengths and boil. Remove the seed from the umeboshi. Chop the fruit of the umeboshi.
2. Mix all the ingredients together.
