Sprinkle a little salt on the bean sprouts and fry over medium or high heat.
Add ★ and fry until the bean sprouts get soft.
Add a beaten egg and cover the pan.
When the egg firms up the way you want place it on top of the rice! Add green onions if you want.

I wanted to make a vegetable rice bowl that looks like prawns with chili sauce!
Stir fry bean sprouts for a short time if you want to make them crunchy. If you put twice the amount of bean sprouts on the same amount of rice, you can bulk up the dish while keeping it really healthy.
