Easy with Rice Cakes Pao De Queijo

Fluffy and Chewy. They are the best right out of the oven.
These are packed with cheese flavor and good for breakfast too!

Ingredients: 16

Mochi rice cakes cut into rectangles
2 (90 g)
★Cake flour
100 g
★Baking powder
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
★Grated cheese
20 g
Pizza cheese
30 g
3 tablespoons
a small amount


1. In a silicon container, add the mochi and milk and place it in the microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds! Knead and make the mochi into paste.
2. Combine the ★ marked ingredients in a bowl and add the egg, pizza cheese and mochi.
3. Combine well to make a ball like bread dough. Adjust the firmness with water.
4. Divide the dough into 16 equal portions and shape them into small balls. Bake at 190°C for 20 minutes.
