Lotus Root and Pork Stir-Fry With Sweet and Spicy Miso

Ingredients: 3 servings

Thinly sliced pork offcuts
200 g
Lotus root
about 150 g
Cabbage
1/4
Sesame oil
to taste
★Gochujang
1 tablespoon
★Miso
1 tablespoon
★Sugar
1 tablespoon
★Sake
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Peel the lotus root and slice thinly. Soak in a bowl of water. Cut the pork and cabbage into easy to eat pieces. Combine the ★ ingredients.
2. Put sesame oil in a pan and stir fry the pork, drained lotus root, and cabbage in that order. Add the ★ ingredients, stir well to coat the ingredients, and the dish is done.
