Octopus and Cucumber with Wakame Seaweed in Vinegar

As long as you follow the ingredients, you can make a tasty vinegar dish that's not too sour. It makes a great side dish to enjoy in a course between main dishes.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Octopus
50g
Cucumber
1
Salted wakame seaweed
20g
Vinegar
2 tablespoons
Sugar
2 teaspoons
Shiro-dashi
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Wash the salt off the wakame, drain, and then cut into easy to eat pieces. Slice the cucumber with a mandoline and slice the octopus.
2. Add sugar to the vinegar and shiro-dashi. Mix well and then add the ingredients from Step 1 and toss.
