Easy Chicken Thigh with Japanese-Style Sesame Sauce

This is an easy Japanese-style dish made with mentsuyu dipping sauce and butter.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken thigh
About 250 g
Plain flour
2 tablespoons
Oil
2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper
to taste
Butter
10 g
Mentsuyu
2 tablespoons
White sesame seeds
to taste

Steps

1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Put it in a plastic bag and coat with the flour.
2. Coat a frying pan with oil and fry the chicken on both sides. When cooked through and browned, mix in the mentsuyu and butter, sprinkle on some sesame seeds, and it's done!
