Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Put it in a plastic bag and coat with the flour.
Coat a frying pan with oil and fry the chicken on both sides. When cooked through and browned, mix in the mentsuyu and butter, sprinkle on some sesame seeds, and it's done!
Story Behind this Recipe
I made this because I had a lot of chicken thigh meat.
I used 3x concentrate mentsuyu. Adjust the amount depending on the amount of meat and your preference. Remove the excess oil with a paper towel before adding the butter and mentsuyu. This will give a less-oily finish.
