Super Nutritious - My Tomato Soup

This is one of my favorite tomato soups. The abundant tartness is addictive!

Ingredients: An easy-to-make proportion

Water
1000 ml
Canned tomato (or tomato juice)
1 can (to taste)
Onion
1/2
Carrot
1/2
Cabbage
1/2 head
Consomme soup stock cubes
2
Bacon or sausage
to taste

Steps

1. Mince the onion, quarter the carrot, and thinly slice the cabbage. Cut the bacon or sausage into bite-sized pieces.
2. Put water in a pot, then add the ingredients prepared in Step 1 and the consomme cubes.
3. Add the canned tomato, bring to a boil, and when it reaches your desired flavor, it's ready!
4. In the ingredients, I list half of an onion, carrot, and head of cabbage, but feel free to adjust the amount to taste!

Story Behind this Recipe

I had a craving for tomato soup.
And thought, I should cook to satisfy my own cravings.

Tomorrow, I think I'll have rice, miso, tamagoyaki, and vegetable salad.
