Easy Mentsuyu Sesame Salad with Napa Cabbage and Tuna

Ground sesame seeds add good flavor to this salad.

Ingredients: 2-4 servings

Napa cabbage
1/2 head (small)
Canned Tuna
1 can
Salt
1 tablespoon
☆Ground sesame seeds
1-2 tablespoons (as much as you like)
☆Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Cut the halved napa cabbage in half again (so they're quartered).
2. Cut the cabbage into strips about 4-5 mm wide.
3. Place the cabbages in a bowl. Put the green parts first and put the white parts on top.
4. Sprinkle with salt and toss to combine. Let it sit for 5 minutes and mix with hands.
5. Lightly rinse with water.
6. Squeeze out the water from the cabbage and place in a bowl. Add the tuna and the ☆ marked ingredients.
7. Combine well.
8. Done
