Sliced mochi

Soup stock cube

Stir-fried rice seasoned with ketchup
Hot cooked white rice
600 g
Ham or shrimp
80 g
Frozen mixed vegetables
50 g
Onions (finely chopped)
50 g
Butter
40 g
Salt and pepper
to taste
Ketchup
6 tablespoons
Soup stock granules
1 tablespoon
Easy to melt cheese
60 g

Steps

1. Make the Béchamel sauce with mochi using Recipe ID: 2069661.
2. Finely chop the ham and onion.
3. Make ketchup rice. Heat some butter in a frying pan and sauté the ham and onion. Add the salt and pepper, then the rice, and sauté some more.
4. Add the ketchup and soup stock granules and continue to sauté.
5. The ketchup rice is done!
6. Transfer to the dishes and top with the béchamel sauce and cheese. Bake in a toaster oven until browned.
