Delicious! Baked Shio-Koji Chicken Wings

These drumettes are juicy, sweet and soft. The ginger and sauce make it taste better! This is so simple. All you have to do is marinate it and bake it!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Chicken wing drumettes
10~12 drumettes
☆Shio-koji (salt-fermented rice malt)
1 and 1/2 tablespoons
☆Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
☆Sake
1/2 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoons
☆Grated ginger
1 small piece (one thumbnail's worth)
☆Ra-yu
as much as you like

Steps

1. Poke holes in the wings with a fork. Put them and all of the [☆] ingredients in a plastic bag and massage them. Let them marinate for at least an hour.
2. Put them on a tray lined with parchment paper. Bake them at 350℉ (180℃) for 30 minutes. They're done!!! (The picture shows double the portion so I had more.)
3. These are also delicious with garlic.

When you're in a hurry, all you have to do is marinate them and bake them.
There are many different ways to season these drumettes but I wanted to use shio-koji to make them delicious.
