Healthy Chicken Tender Yakitori with Easy Homemade Sauce

Yakitori made with healthy chicken tenders!!! The sauce is delicious too!!


Chicken tenders
Salt and pepper
to taste
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
50 ml
50 ml
Raw cane sugar
30 g
Grated garlic (from a store-bought tube)
3 cm's worth


1. Cut each chicken tender into 4 pieces.
2. Line the chicken pieces on skewers.
3. Salt and pepper both sides.
4. Grease your frying pan with oil. Cook the chicken over medium heat.
5. Flip and cook the other side. Then, lid and cook for around 3 minutes.
6. Remove the lid and cook until golden brown.
7. Mix the ingredients for the sauce and cook in a pot, reducing the sauce. After the sauce comes to a boil, simmer for around 5 minutes on medium-low heat. The sauce is done.
8. Pour the sauce over the chicken and enjoy!
