Napolitan Hot Milk Soup Pasta

Napolitan pasta that both kids and adults love, in a hot milk soup. The creamy soup will warm you up.

Ingredients: 1 serving

80-100 g
1/4 (50 g)
Green pepper
Wiener sausages
200 ml
1.5-2 tablespoons
*Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
1.5 teaspoons
*Consommé stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
*Coarsely ground black pepper
to taste
Grated cheese
as needed (optional)


1. Cut the onion into thin slices along the grain.
2. Cut the green pepper into half vertically, then cut into thin slices.
3. Cut the sausages into thin slices diagonally.
4. Boil the pasta for 1 minute shorter than directed on the package.
5. Cook the sausages in a deep non-stick frying pan without any oil. Add the onions, and cook until slightly wilted.
6. Add the green peppers and cook briefly.
7. Add the * ingredients. If you'd like more soup, add 50-100 ml of milk, and adjust the flavor to taste.
8. Add the boiled pasta and mix well.
9. Transfer to a serving plate and top with coarsely ground black pepper. Top with grated cheese if you like!
