Avocado and Taro Root Seasoned with Sesame and Miso

Avocado also tastes great prepared Japanese style. Double the creaminess with taro roots! The sesame and miso seasoning goes well with drinks.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Avocado

Taro root
2 (150 g)
★ Miso
1 and 1/2 teaspoon
★ Mirin
1 teaspoon
★ Sake
1 teaspoon
★ Sugar
1 teaspoon
★ Ground sesame seeds
2 teaspoons

Steps

1. Rinse the dirt of the taro roots, wrap in plastic wrap, and microwave for 3 minutes at 600W. Unwrap, peel off the skins (be careful not to burn yourself), and chop into bite-sized pieces.
2. Chop the avocado into bite-sized pieces. Combine the ★ ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined.
3. Add the cooled taro root and avocado to the seasonings and coat evenly.
