Baked Chikuwa with Tuna and Mayonnaise

Perfect as a drinking appetizer!

Ingredients

Chikuwa
3-4
Canned tuna (small)
1
Corn
as needed
Easy melting cheese
as needed
Mayonnaise
as needed
Salt
a small amount

Steps

1. Cut the chikuwa into half lengthwise and crosswise. Mix the drained tuna and the corn with a small amount of mayonnaise.
2. Top with the mixed tuna, corn and mayonnaise on the chikuwa.
3. Sprinkle with easy melting cheese.
4. Bake in a toaster oven for 3-4 minutes until the cheese has melted.

I had chikuwa fishcake sticks on hand. The expiration date was getting close, so I wanted to make something delicious with them.
