Crisp Chicken Tenderloin & Cheese Bake

Just bake it in the toaster oven.
These lightly flavored chicken tenders are topped with melting, gooey cheese and crisp bread crumbs, giving it a chicken tender cheese cutlet feeling!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken tenders
Garlic (grated)
to taste
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Easily melting cheese
A lot
Heaping 2 tablespoons


1. Cut each chicken tenderloin into 5 thin slices. Cover the toaster oven tray with aluminum foil and place the chicken on the tray.
2. Season with the grated garlic, salt, and pepper.
3. Top with lots of cheese and sprinkle with panko.
4. Bake in the toaster oven for about 10 minutes. It might start to burn after 5 minutes, so cover it with aluminum foil to prevent scorching.

Story Behind this Recipe

I don't remember how I started making this dish, but I used to make it all the time when I got married and everything suddenly got very busy.
It's easy to make one serving so I usually make it for my son when he gets home from cram school.
