Story Behind this Recipe
Party season is just around the corner and I wanted to create a simple and foolproof cheesecake. When just baked, this cheesecake is fluffy and has a soft, soufflé-like interior.
-Cooking time will vary depending on your oven so please adjust it as necessary. -This cake will look great when baked in a circular cake tin as well. -More than anything, this is a very easy cake. I've omitted a lot of the steps that you would have to go through to make a regular cheesecake so this recipe is very low-stress!
