Pot Cabbage and Chicken Wing Tips Soup

This soup needs no prep.
The essence from the wing tips and the sweetness from the cabbage is plentiful.

Ingredients: 4 servings

1/2 head
Chicken wing tips
Salt and pepper
to taste


1. Cover the wings with plenty of salt and let it sit for 15 minutes, then pat dry the excess water. Cut the cabbage into eighths with the core.
2. Snuggle the cabbage around the wing tips, add water until everything is submerged.
3. Bring to a boil over high heat, skimming off the scum. Next, remove the lid and simmer on low for 15 minutes.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and it's done!
