1/4 teaspoon (dissolved with 2 tablespoons of hot water)
Combine the ○ ingredients. Wash the edamame pods and rub with salt. Cook in the boiled and salted water. Cool down and remove shells.
Add the bonito flakes into the ○ mixture.
Wash the okra and rub with salt. Cook in boiled and salted water. Cut into about 1 cm-lengths. Slice the myoga ginger thinly and on the diagonal. Blanch the corn in salted water and drain in a colander.
Mix everything gently and you're done.
