Slice some tomato rounds, and place them on top of your tofu from Step 1. Sprinkle on a pinch of salt. Layer on your slice of cheese, then top with a pour of ponzu sauce.
Microwave the entire thing for 1 minute and a half at about 600 watts, or until your cheese is melted enough and just how you like it. Shake on some black pepper, and enjoy what it's still warm.

I wanted to have a healthy but delicious dish with tofu!
I'd go without the black pepper if you're serving this to kids. It's easiest to eat this with a spoon, since the tofu and cheese become really soft. The little sprinkle of salt you put on the tomatoes is key! It'll make your tomatoes taste so much richer and juicier.
