Sweet Potato Salt and Honey Butter with Shio-Koji

Boiled sweet potato seasoned with shio-koji honey and butter. It's sweet salty and very tasty.

Ingredients

Sweet potato
1 large
★Shio-koji (salt fermented rice malt)
1-2 teaspoons
★Honey
2 teaspoons - 1 tablespoon
★Butter
1 -1 1/2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Wash the sweet potato and cut into 1cm pieces. If they are too big, cut again in half or quarter.
2. Boil the sweet potato pieces.
3. Drain.
4. Season with the ingredients marked ★.
