Seafood Cream Stew

This is a cream stew full of seafood and vegetables!

Ingredients: 4 servings

Salmon fillets

Potatoes

Chinese cabbage

Red pepper

Fresh oysters
60-80 g
Scallops
80-100 g
Cream stew roux
1/2 box
Plain flour
as needed
Vegetable oil
as needed
Salt
a small amount
Pepper
a small amount

Steps

1. Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-sized pieces.
2. Cut the Chinese cabbage, red bell pepper, and salmon into bite-sized pieces as well.
3. Coat the salmon in flour and lightly fry in vegetable oil.
4. Pour hot water over the oysters.
5. Put the potatoes and Chinese cabbage into a pot and cook with some oil.
6. Add water to Step 5 and simmer.
7. Once the potatoes have cooked through, add the red bell peppers, salmon, oysters, scallops, and cream stew base. Season with salt and pepper.
8. It's done!!

Story Behind this Recipe

Salmon is great from autumn to winter.
But rather than just grilling it, I tried preparing it in various ways.
With that in mind, I wanted to make this heart-warming dish!
