Microwaved Cream Cheese & Fruit Cake

If you have any leftover cream cheese, try this! It makes a great snack.

Ingredients: For a 400ml container

Cream cheese
30g
Sugar
3g
Apple (or about 40g of a different fruit)
1/4
Egg
1
Sugar
20g
Cake flour
20g

Steps

1. Soften the cream cheese, add 3g of sugar and mix. Add the minced fruit and mix.
2. Put the egg and 20g of sugar into a bowl and whip over a double boiler until stiff peaks form.
3. Add the cake flour into Step 2 and fold gently to maintain an airy texture.
4. Pour the batter into a microwavable container, add the mixture from Step 1, then cover with a lid and microwave for about 1 minute 50 seconds at 600W.

Story Behind this Recipe

One day, I was going to make my microwaved round cake and I used a Tupperware container instead of a round mold because it was easier. I used a peach then, but I made this one with an apple.
