These croquant cookies are easy to make with frozen puff pastries. The caramelized brown sugar is delicious!
I used to always buy croquants whenever I walked by my favorite bakery. So I tried making easy croquants.
Bake until the bottoms turn a caramel colour while checking on them occasionally. When they have mostly cooled down, remove from the molds gently, and let cool some more.
