Ham and Egg Rice Bowl with Sweet Cabbage

I really love making this with sweet cabbage Delicious ham and silky eggs go well with rice I recommend it for breakfast.

Ingredients: 2 servings

2 leaves
2 slices
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
30 ml (2 tabelspoons)
90 ml
Hot cooked white rice
2 donburi rice bowls' worth (400 g)


1. Cut the cabbage and ham into bite-sized pieces. Mince the hard part (core) of the cabbage, and beat the eggs.
2. Add the cabbage, ham, mentsuyu, and water into a frying pan, then turn on the heat to medium. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
3. When the cabbage becomes soft, swirl in the beaten eggs all over, and cover with a lid.
4. When the eggs are half cooked, turn off the heat.
5. Transfer it on top of rice in a rice bowl, and pour on a small amount of the sauce as well. Then you're done. Sprinkle with shredded nori seaweed if you like.
