Teriyaki Chicken Wings with Marmalade

You can make teriyaki sauce easily with only marmalade and soy sauce. This dish goes well with rice and sake.


Chicken wing mid-section
500 g
Soy sauce
120 ml
120 ml


1. Cook chicken wings on a frying pan until golden brown.
2. Meanwhile, mix soy sauce and marmalade in a bowl. Then pour over chicken wings.
3. Reduce the sauce for about 5 minutes, simmering over medium heat.
4. Simmer until sauce becomes thicken and shiny!
