I thought that the sauce for "Cold Steamed Eggplant" (Recipe ID: 1240481) would go well with steamed chicken so I tried it out, and it was even better than I imagined.
The cooking times for chicken in a 500 W microwave oven are: 2 minutes for 100 g; 6 minutes for 300 g. Every microwave is different though, so definitely check the meat to see if it's cooked through.
