5 Minute Cheesecake

Preparation only takes 5 minutes if you use a food processor or blender! It tastes just like a cheesecake from a cake shop.

Ingredients: 18 cm round cake pan

Cream cheese
250 g
Heavy cream (dairy based, if possible)
200 ml
80 g
Cake flour
70 g


1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. Put all the ingredients into the food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a parchment paper lined cake pan and bake for 35 minutes at 170°C. It's done!

Story Behind this Recipe

My friend taught me that cheesecake can be made easily by using a food processor. I experimented many times and finally settled on this flavor.
Since this can be made in such a short time, I haven't bought a cheesecake for about 10 years.
