You can make these scones in no time. They are good to serve to guests.

Ingredients: About 10

70 g
100 g
Egg yolk
Cake flour
300 g
Baking powder
2 teaspoons
35 g
3 g


1. Cut the butter into small pieces. Mix the milk and egg yolk together and set aside.
2. Sift the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt into a bowl. Add the butter.
3. Mix by hand or with a blender until it's crumbly.
4. Mix in the combined milk and egg in small batches.
5. When it's no longer floury, lightly knead it together by hand.
6. Dust on some flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.5 - 2 cm. Cut out the shapes with a cutter or cup.
7. Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 200℃, then for 15 minutes at 180℃.
8. Done.
