It will be ready in 10 minutes!

Ingredients: 1 serving

Salt and pepper
a small amount
Hot cooked white rice
200 g
The sauce
1 tablespoon
1 teaspoon
Japanese Worcestershire sauce

Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
Oyster sauce

1. Combine the ingredients for the sauce, and set aside. Thinly slice the pork shoulder roast and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Shred the cabbage.
2. Make a fried egg. Cook slowly over low heat without a lid. Cook until the egg yolk is half cooked!
3. Heat oil in a frying pan, and fry the pork. When it's 80% cooked through, pour in the sauce and coat the pork.
4. Put the rice in a bowl, place the cabbage, then the pork on top. Top with the fried egg, and pour on the sauce, then you're done!
5. Enjoy with beer!
