Sautéed and Simmered Cauliflower

This is something I can't help making as soon as cauliflower is in season!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cauliflower
1
Krazy Salt (or plain salt)
a pinch
Consomme soup stock granules
1 teaspoon
Butter or margarine
to taste
Garlic soy sauce
1 teaspoon
Dried parsley
to taste

Steps

1. Divide the cauliflower into florets, then boil until they are still quite firm. Put a small amount of butter to a frying pan, and sauté the parboiled and drained cauliflower.
2. When the cauliflower is slightly browned, add Krazy Salt and the soup stock granules plus a little water. Keep sautéing until the moisture has evaporated. Be sure not to over-cook.
3. Drizzle the remaining butter and garlic soy sauce. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle dried parsley.
