My Family's Ginger Pork

Our standard ginger pork dish, loved by all.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pork loin (for ginger stir fry)
Salt and pepper
a small amount
1 tablespoon
●Grated ginger
1 tablespoon
●Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons
1 1/2 tablespoons
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon
1 serving: 467 calories, salt content: 2.5g


1. Lightly season the meat with salt and pepper, and sprinkle sake.
2. Combine and mix the ingredients marked ●.
3. Heat a pan, add vegetable oil and cook the meat on both sides. When both sides are done, add the sauce from step 2.
4. Mix briefly and then put the meat on a serving plate.
5. Simmer the sauce left in the pan (So it simmers down to about half the amount.)
6. Pour it over the meat and you're done.

Pork becomes tough if you overcook it. Before I knew it, I was cooking it like this.
