Fried Beef and Burdock Root

This is a quick dish that only needs to be stir fried.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Thinly sliced beef
300 g
Burdock root
1 stalk
1 knob (60g)
2 tablespoons
Commercial sukiyaki sauce
1/4 cup


1. Scrub off the dirt on the burdock root well and cut into 3mm slices without peeling the skin and soak in water. Drain with a sieve.
2. Julienne the ginger. Cut the beef into 5cm strips.
3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Cook the burdock well in medium heat.
4. Add the beef and when it is half cooked, add the sukiyaki sauce and ginger and cook until done.
