My daughter has a large appetite. I wanted to make something for her using what I had in my kitchen. It's easy to make, and my daughter takes it with her as a snack when she goes out!
I also make this with other ingredients - steamed sweet potato, banana, broccoli, etc! If you make it with ingredients with a high moisture content, such as grated apple or carrot, reduce the amount of milk. Otherwise, it will turn out gooey!
