Simple and Quick Beef Stroganoff

It looks like you've made a real effort, but it takes no time at all and is really simple.

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Beef (thinly sliced)
200 g
Canned mushrooms
1 can
200 ml
Soup stock granules
1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon plus
White flour
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon


1. Lay the beef and sprinkle flour on both sides using a tea strainer. Cut them into bite sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
2. Melt butter in a pan, and fry the onion until wilted. Move it over to one side and put the beef in the empty space. Fry it all together.
3. Add the canned mushrooms juice and all, the soup stock, and milk. Boil until everything thickens.
4. Enjoy with rice in the morning.
