Low-Sugar: Easy Clear Broth with Tofu and Maitake Mushrooms

The broth from the maitake mushrooms makes delicious soup, so I wanted to make a soup as a meal You can quickly make this nutritious, low-sugar dish for dinner or a light meal.

Ingredients

[For the soup]
*Maitake mushrooms
100 g
*Tofu
1 block
*Dashi stock granules
3-5 g
*Soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
*Salt
to taste
*Water
600-800 ml
For garnish
*Daikon radish sprouts or mitsuba leaves
as needed

Steps

1. Sauté the maitake mushrooms and tofu. They'll quickly cook through. Then, just add the seasonings. Transfer to a bowl and garnish as desired.
