I made these to use up a load of sweet potatoes. Because this recipe doesn't use butter, eggs nor sugar, it results in a really light snack. You can give them to kids as well.
These snacks might taste better if you steam the potatoes instead of boiling them before mashing. But I wanted to use one pan, so I chose to boil them.
