Shrimp in Condensed Milk Mayo

Do you have leftover condensed milk in the refrigerator?
Then you can quickly make this sauce without milk or sugar!

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Black tiger shrimp (medium)
3 tablespoons
as needed
2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon
☆Condensed milk
1 teaspoon
☆Lemon juice
a small amount
Paprika powder
a small amount
Olive oil
to taste


1. Peel and devein the shrimp. Sprinkle with sake and rub with katakuriko to remove the smell. Let sit for a bit, then wash.
2. Pat dry with paper towels, then thoroughly coat with katakuriko. Combine the ☆ ingredients in a bowl.
3. Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and cook the shrimp until crispy. If the oil evaporates too much while frying, add some more to the pan.
4. Put the cooked shrimp into the ☆ mixture and mix well to coat.
5. Garnish with paprika powder and parsley and serve.
6. If you'd like to add a layer of batter to the shrimp, first coat in a mixture of one beaten egg with 1 teaspoon of katakuriko.

Story Behind this Recipe

I usually make this with milk and sugar, but I used up all my milk. So, I tried it with condensed milk and it was delicious!
