Carpaccio Tuna Salad

If you get tired of tuna sashimi, give this carpaccio style salad a try. You can also use other kinds of fish in place of the tuna.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Lean tuna (Maguro, sashimi grade)
1/2 filet
Onion (sliced)
1/2
●Onions (finely chopped)

●Shiso leaves (chopped)
3 leaves
●Grainy mustard
1 teaspoon
●Olive oil
2 tablespoons
●Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
●Lemon juice (or vinegar)
1 tablespoon
●Mirin
1 teaspoon
●Salt and pepper
to taste

Steps

1. Soak the onions in water for a bit. Thoroughly drain and arrange on a dish. Cut the tuna into easy-to-eat pieces and arrange on the onions.
2. Mix together the ● ingredients to make the dressing and pour on top of the tuna.
