An Easy Chinese-style Dish with Pork Offcuts and Atsuage

A filling and hearty dish just using atsuage and pork offcuts.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Pork offcuts
150g
Atsuage
1 packet
Katakuriko
1 tablespoo
Salt and pepper
to taste
Sesame oil (for stir frying)
1 to 2 tablespoons
★Sake
1 tablespoon
★Vinegar
2 tablespoons
★Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
★Oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
★Sugar
1/2 tablespoon
Green scallions (diced)
as needed
Vegetables as a relish
anything you like

Steps

1. Mix all ★ ingredients in advance.
2. Cut the atsuage into bite sizes.
3. Cut the pork offcuts into bite size and put in a plastic bag. Add salt, pepper and katakuriko and coat the offcuts.
4. Heat sesame oil and stir fry the pork on medium heat.
5. When the pork is cooked through, add the atsuage and continue stir frying.
6. When the atsuage starts to crisp, add the ★ ingredients and mix well.
7. I put broccoli and tomato on the side this tim. Sprinkle green onion if you like and enjoy.
