Crispy Mizuna Salad with Plum-Mayonnaise Dressing

This is an easy salad; just chop the mizuna and toss with dressing. Plum and mayonnaise taste great together!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Mizuna greens
200 g
Umeboshi
3
*Mayonnaise
4 tablespoons
*Sugar
1 teaspoon
*Sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon
*Toasted white sesame
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Remove the pits from the umeboshi and combine with the * ingredients.
2. Cut the mizuna into 4 cm, toss together with the sauce from Step 1, and enjoy.

Story Behind this Recipe

My husband brought home a lot of mizuna greens from his parents' house, so I wanted to eat them up while they were still fresh.
