Easy Spinach and Chikuwa Fishcake Sticks with Mayonnaise and Ponzu

You will enjoy a lot of in-season spinach with mayonnaise and ponzu.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Spinach
1 bunch
Chikuwa
1 bag
★Mayonnaise
1 1/2-2 tablespoons
★Ponzu
1 tablespoon
★Sugar
1/2 teaspoon
★Ground sesame seeds
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Wash the spinach, cook in a microwave for about 3 minutes, then squeeze the extra water out. Cut into easy to eat lengths. Cut the chikuwa into half lengthwise, then cut into small pieces.
2. Add all the ★ marked ingredients into Step 1 mix well, then you're done.
