Spiraled Sweet Potato Bread

These spiral rolls are filled with a sweetened sweet potato paste.
This is perfect for a snack.

Ingredients: Makes 8 rolls

Bread flour
130 g
Cake flour
50 g
Dry yeast
4 g
Sugar
12 g
Salt
3 g
Butter
10 g
Water
116 ml
Sweet potatoes
130 g (net weight)
■Sugar
10 g
■Condensed milk
16 g
■Butter
10 g
■Milk
3 tablespoons
■Cinnamon powder
a small amount

Steps

1. Boil the sweet potatoes, add all the ■ ingredients and then mash.
2. Leave it to the bread machine to knead the dough.
3. Let the dough sit at 86℉ (30℃) till doubled for the first rising.
4. Punch the dough and then reform it into a ball. Let it sit for another 20 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough. Then take the sweet potato filling to coat the evenly.
6. From the front, roll the dough up and close it tightly when you're done. Slice into 8 portions.
7. Next take a baking tray and arrange as shown and press down with your hands. Spray with water, let them sit at 97℉ (36℃) for 30 minutes for the second rising.
8. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 15-20 minutes.
