Super Easy Simmered Harihari Pork and Mizuna

If you've got pork and mizuna greens on hand, you can make this in a flash! Works great for when you don't have time to make anything complicated.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly-sliced pork (pork belly or loin work well)
100 g
Mizuna greens
200 g
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
☆Soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons
150 ml


1. If the pork is too long, cut it into bite-sized strips.
2. Cut the mizuna into strips about 4cm long.
3. Simmer the ☆ ingredients in a pot before adding the pork.
4. When the pork begins to brown, add the mizuna, bring to a boil, and you're finished!
