Shred the cabbage into thick strips. Cut the pork belly into bite-size pieces.
Heat a small amount of oil (not listed) in a pan, and stir-fry the pork belly until golden brown. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add the cabbage.
When the cabbage is soft and wilted, add the okonomiyaki sauce, and mix briefly. Sprinkle bonito flakes, mix, and done.
Eat with mayonnaise if you like.

When I was trying to come up with the flavour for the pork belly and the cabbage, okonomiyaki sauce suddenly came to mind. Making this dish takes less cooking time than making okonomiyaki! This dish also goes well with rice! This became our staple dish which is easy but delicious.
