Whole Yuzu Tea

Whole Yuzu Tea

This is a drink that uses yuzu citrus, which is milder than lemons.

Ingredients: 1 serving

1/2 to 1 (about the size of a golf ball)
Black tea
1 tea bag
Sugar or honey
to taste


1. Cut the yuzu in half, then cut off a thin slice to float on top of the tea.
2. Put the tea bag in the cup, then pour in boiling water.
3. Squeeze the yuzu juice into the cup, float the slice on top, add sugar to taste, then drink up.
