Pork Belly Salad with Onion Dressing

Just fry the pork and mix with homemade onion dressing. This salad takes 5 minutes to put together and can be enjoyed as a main or side dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Thinly sliced pork belly (cut into 5 cm pieces)
300 g
Loose leaf lettuce
100 g

1. Shred the lettuce leaves into easy to eat pieces and scatter on a serving plate.
2. Thinly coat a frying pan with oil and fry the pork over high heat. When both sides have changed colour, add the onion dressing, simmer a little and then transfer the pork to the plate from Step 1.
3. The pork is strongly seasoned, so eat together with the lettuce!
