Easy Chicken-Egg Rice Bowl

This is a rice bowl that's easy to make and uses simple ingredients.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chicken thigh meat
300 g
1/2 large onion
Soy sauce, mirin
50 ml each
200 ml
Hon-Dashi dashi stock granules
2/3 teaspoon
Nori seaweed
to taste


1. Cut the chicken and onion into bite sized pieces, Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir fry.
2. Put in the water, dashi stock granules, soy sauce and mirin and bring to a boil. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
3. Put in the beaten egg, and when it comes to a boil again, it's done!
