All you need to do is mix the ingredients in a food processor, and you can make an easy and smooth sweet potato dessert. often make this whenever we have delicious sweet potatoes. This is our family's staple dish.
Prepare the food processor. Cook quickly while the steamed sweet potatoes are still warm.
Add all the ingredients into the food processor, and mix. If it's hard to mix, add 1 teaspoon of milk at a time to make the mixture smooth.
When it becomes smooth, transfer into an icing bag, and squeeze it out. The consistency should be the same as soft koshi-an (smooth sweet red bean paste).
It's easy to squeeze out the mixture while it's still warm. Brush with the egg yolk or milk (excluded from the ingredients) on the surfaces of the sweet potato dessert to make them lustrous if you would like.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 200℃, and they're done.
When baked, the surfaces are lightly browned.
