Chinese Chives Stir-Fry with Miso and Mayonnaise

This is a stir-fry with a unique flavor.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chinese chives
1/2 bunch
Bean sprouts
1 small bag (170 g)
■Miso
1 tablespoon
■Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
■Soy sauce
1 teaspoon
■Sugar
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
a small amount
Sesame oil
to taste

Steps

1. Cut the Chinese chives into 3 - 4 cm. Combine the ■ ingredients.
2. Heat sesame oil in a pan, and stir-fry the bean sprouts over high heat. Add Chinese chives, and continue stir-frying briefly.
3. Pour ■ mixture, and mix well. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
