Simple Pasta Tossed With Umeboshi and Shio-kombu

Simply tossed!! This is a recipe for easy but tasty pasta.

Ingredients: 1 serving

Pasta
1 serving
Umeboshi
1 large
Shio-kombu
To taste
Soy sauce
A dash
Olive oil
A dash

Steps

1. Remove the seed from the umeboshi and mince. Combine with shio-kombu in a bowl.
2. Add cooked pasta into the bowl from Step 1. Add soy sauce and olive oil and toss thoroughly.
3. It's done in a flash.

Story Behind this Recipe

I used to make umeboshi and tuna pasta all the time.
In this variation, I used shio-kombu because I was out of tuna.
